Anti-Kinking Spiral 'KSS'

The main bending stress area for hose assemblies is directly behind the coupling. To reinforce this area we developed the new Anti-Kinking Spiral 'KSS': suitable for all ELAFLEX hoses, recommended for dynamically strong stressed universal hoses with thermoplastic linings

GasGuard GG11R

The GasGuard GG11 Back-Check Valve (GG11R: with additional release screw) should be standard equipment for any LPGas road tanker operator. It is used in conjunction with LPGas bulk refueling nozzles to contain leaks at storage tank fill points. If the fill point proves to be leaking when removing the nozzle it can be left on the tank until corrective action is taken. The driver can move to the next fill point without delay.

Slimline 21 green

Quality petrol pump hose for gasoline and diesel fuels. Also suitable for fuels with ethanol content up to E 85 and Biodiesel up to B 30 (BIO Type up to B 100). Meets weights and measures regulations, see overleaf. Cold flexible down to - 30° C / - 22° F (LT-type down to - 40° C / - 40° F). Corresponds to EN 1360 and EN 13483.

MK 80-32° coupling with bent lever. For any application it should be checked that the lever can be arrested as shown even if there is tight space. Elaflex offers bent levers for all MK couplers.

ELAPAC FD flat sealing material

2 or 3 mm thickness, available as coil, standard size seal or in custom shape. An elastic flange seal for tank truck and tank plant construction etc., where rough sealing surfaces require a high adaptability, where flange seals should still have good flexibility to avoid pipe fractures or simple sealing materials because little or no force can be used to tighten the joint.
