'HR' Hose Reel Packages – Overview –
Our bespoke 'HR' Hose Reels are supplied with our hoses, couplings or nozzles. The 'CL' Compact Line as well as 'ML' Modular Line are available with different rewind systems and accessories.

Hose Reels 'Compact Line 25'
- with automatic spring-loaded rewind system for heavy duty operation,
used for retraction of Elaflex hoses up to 40 m in max DN 25 - robust construction and reinforced spring
- hose connected to wet part fluid pipe
- commonly used: HD 25 with ZVA 25 or LPG 25 with DGC coupling
for road tankers
Hose Reels 'Compact Line 50'
- with automatic spring-loaded rewind system for heavy duty operation,
used for retraction of Elaflex hoses up to 25 m in max DN 50 - robust construction and reinforced spring
- hose connected to wet part fluid pipe
- commonly used: HD 50 with ZVF 50 for aviation, UTL 50 with DDC
coupling for AdBlue® or FEP 50 with DDC coupling for chemicals
Hose Reels 'Compact Line T'
- with automatic springloaded rewind system, used for retraction of
Elaflex hoses up to 8 m in max. DN 25 - hose connected to wet part fluid pipe
- optimal for installation within limited spaces, e.g. mobile refuelling
equipment or cabinets
Hose Reels 'Compact Line B'
- with automatic springloaded rewind system, used for retraction of
Elaflex hoses up to 20 m in max. DN 25 - small and lightweight designed
- hose is guided through disk
- commonly used: Slimline 'SL' 21 with ZVA Slimline 2 for boat refuelling
Hose Reels 'Compact Line VR'
- equipped with a COAX hose and ZVA Slimline 2 GR nozzle
- with automatic spring-loaded rewind system
- usable for Stage II vapour recovery systems
Hose Reels 'Modular Line G and GB 25 / 38'
- manual or motorised, used for retraction of Elaflex hoses
up to 40 m in max. DN 38 or 70 m in max. DN 25 - standard versions supplied with open disks
- hose connected to wet part fluid pipe
- commonly used: HD 38 with ZV 400 for ship refuelling
Hose Reels 'Modular Line M'
- manual or motorised, used for retraction of Elaflex hoses
up to 50 m in max. DN 25 - standard versions supplied with closed disks
- hose connected to wet part fluid pipe
- commonly used: Slimline 'SL' 25 with ZVA 25, motorised,
for road tankers

Many Options – Modular Designed to Suit Your Requirements
We have extended our product range with Hose Reels which are custom-made and from our own production. Our Hose Reels are equipped with our hoses, couplings or nozzles, supplied as a complete package.
These packages are commonly used for terminals, road tankers, stationary or mobile refuelling. They are produced to the known high ELAFLEX quality standard, compliant with CE regulations and meet with European health, safety and environmental standards.
The Hose Reel types are available with different rewind systems: manual – spring – motorised (electric, hydraulic or pneumatic). Suitable for a wide range of media, e.g. gasoline, diesel, aviation fuels, urea solution ( AdBlue®), detergents, solvents, oils, water, gases and others.
They can be built to hold hose sizes from DN 13 to 200 and any length. Depending on the hose configuration and available space, all Hose Reel versions are fully customisable in dimensions, colours, materials and positioning in order to satisfy customer's specific requests.
