ELAFLEX Group at Hydrogen Technology World Expo 2025

Focus on hydrogen and CCUS – ELAFLEX Group at Hydrogen Technology World Expo 2025

Hamburg, October 2025 – Hydrogen Technology World Expo is once again attracting the interest of international trade visitors this year. ELAFLEX Group expects numerous visitors in Hall B6 of the Messe Hamburg exhibition centre from 21 to 23 October 2025. At stand 6L20, the ELAFLEX Group will provide detailed information about safe solutions for handling compressed hydrogen (CH2), liquid hydrogen (LH2) and liquefied CO₂ in CCS/CCUS processes.

In the context of cross-sector decarbonisation, hydrogen is already playing an important role. CH₂, LH₂ and CO₂ place enormous demands on handling and storage. As a leading international specialist in refuelling technology, ELAFLEX Group has been providing safe system solutions for handling alternative energy sources (ammonia, hydrogen, LNG, CNG) and liquefied CO₂ for many years. The long-standing expertise of ELAFLEX Group's experts in the field of H2/LH2 ensures maximum operator safety, sophisticated ergonomics, uncompromising environmental protection and above-average flow rates along the entire transfer chain. The following solutions and products, among others, await trade visitors from all over the world at stand 6L20 in hall B6 of the Messe Hamburg exhibition centre:

  • MannTek Nozzles with corresponding hose assemblies for manual (N-LH2) or semi-automatic, pneumatically assisted (N-LH2-P) refuelling of vehicles with cryogenic hydrogen (LH2) with high flow rates.
  • Newly developed hydrogen refuelling set for vehicles with 350 bar (ELAFLEX N-H2-H35) or 700 bar (ELAFLEX N-H2-H70UHF), optionally available with IR data interface.
  • New TPED trailer valves/manifolds and quick couplers from Oasis to significantly increase the flow rate when refuelling with compressed hydrogen.
  • H2+ hose assemblies, couplings and ERV-H2+ rubber expansion joints from ELAFLEX with an ultra low permeation rate for the safe transfer of 100% hydrogen, 100% methane or in varying mixing ratios (hythane) in the low-pressure range ERV-H2+ rubber expansion joints are now also available with PTFE liners on request for use with high-purity media, e.g. in electrolysers.
  • Dry couplings and hose assemblies for the sophisticated handling of liquefied CO2 in CCS processes and for the transfer of ammonia.

For monitoring the various applications, ELAFLEX Group offers electronic leak detection systems from SGB for the challenging use in explosion-hazardous areas (EX).
