The ZVF 50 is a manual (non-automatic) HiFLO nozzle for overwing and helicopter refuelling. It is in alignment with the requirements of the JIG guidelines and has convinced in day-to-day practice:

  • Light lever action – LeverAssist® reduces the hold-open force by 75%
  • Low pressure-drop and high flowrate
  • Sensitive flow control
  • Low weight
  • Easy rotating swivel
  • Easy adjustment of JET spout in required position

ZVF 50 has a modular design and offers many options. The colour coding of the integrated bumpers avoid misfuelling between the fuels:

  • JET (black)
  • AVGAS (red)
  • Unleaded: UL (green)

In addition to the hose assembly and nozzles, Elaflex supplies Hose Reels and Bonding Reels for mobile refuelling equipment (containerised, tanks or cabinets) or as fix installation next to dispensers.
