LeverAssist for ZVA Slimline 2 / ZVA Slimline 2 GR

Over the decades, the fuel nozzle has developed from a simple manual valve to a lightweight automatic nozzle with a number of safety features. Self-service has become commonplace.

In countries like the UK, France, The Netherlands and Australia the use of hold-open latches is not permitted by law. The customer must be hold open manually while he is refuelling. A first step to approach this problem was the recent introduction of our new nozzle generation requiring 30% less hold-open force.

Still, there is always room for further improvement. For regions where latching is not allowed, we now offer the optional LeverAssist® for ZVA Slimline 2 and ZVA Slimline 2 GR.

LeverAssist helps holding the lever open during refuelling, without latching or blocking. Therefore its use is accepted by authorities in all countries. The hold-open force is reduced by 90%.
